Are you open to the public?

Yes. We sell direct to the public via our online store or Melbourne & Sydney showrooms.
Showroom addresses are: 
Melbourne:  402 Heidelberg Road, Fairfield VIC 3078
Sydney:    614 Botany Road Alexandria NSW 2015

What are showroom operating hours?

Melbourne:  Monday - Friday 10am - 5pm. Saturday & Sunday 10am - 4pm.
Sydney: Monday - Friday 10am - 5pm. Saturday & Sunday 10am - 4pm.

Why do you sell cheaper than competitors?

We buy in bulk and sell at lower margins, we are not greedy and strongly believe in repeat patronage and word of mouth.

I live in interstate, how long does it take to arrive?

All items in stock are usually dispatched next business day after payment.  All deliveries are shipped express. Please see below for estimated delivery times:
  • Metro Melbourne - next business day
  • Sydney - next business day
  • Metro Adelaide - next business day
  • Metro Brisbane - 2 business days
  • Metro Perth - 4 business days

I am very interested in your products, can I see them before purchasing?

You are most welcome to view your favourite piece of furniture before purchasing. Please be aware however, that new products will not be displayed until arrival. You can contact our showrooms on 1300 665 426 to check what is currently on display.

What happens if an item is not in stock? Will you ship in-stock items first?
Yes. We will always dispatch in-stock items asap and backorder items until available. If you  wish to receive items in the one delivery please specify this in comments field when placing  order. 

How do I pay if I wish to purchase from you?

It is simple and easy to make a purchase. Simply follow the checkout process by entering your delivery address and confirming the order. We accept the following credit cards - Visa, Mastercard & Amex. We also accept payment via direct debit or phone us on 1300 665 426  to place an order.

Is it safe to pay by credit card through your website?

Our website is secured by SSL system, offering you a peace of mind for online shopping with us. SSL system offers the highest level of encryption or security possible. Can I pick up item(s) from your warehouse?

You are most welcome to pick up the item(s) from our Melbourne or Sydney  showroom, and it is FREE. Please note all  pickups from Sydney showroom require a minimum 48 hours notice.

How much does it cost to freight this item?

On each product page, under the colour selection  option there is a window to enter your postcode and quantity to get an estimate of shipping costs for a particular product(s) to your area. Alternatively, you can add item(s) to shopping cart and enter postcode to calculate total shipping cost. A final shipping amount will be confirmed once shopping cart is completed and full address details are entered.

How long does it take for my order to arrive?

We use a reptutable national freight carrier to deliver our products. All items in stock will be dispatched within 2 business days and delivered within 7 days of order. Upon dispatch of order from our warehouse you will receive an email with a consignment number which can be tracked online.

Is all replica furniture the same?

No. Not all replica furniture is the same. Several of our competitors are sourcing from cheaper suppliers resulting in the quality of their product being substandard.

Do your products come with a warranty?

Yes, all of our products come with a 12 months manufacturer's warranty against defects. To put you at further ease, our products are manufactured using high-quality materials and an independant quality auditor is used to supervise the entire production process. Our specialist suppliers offer unrivaled quality workmanship. We are confident that our products are durable enough to provide you with comfort and enjoyment for a long time to come.

What is your returns and exchange policy?

Do you offer volume discounts or trade discounts?

We sure do. Sokol provides volume discounts for interior designers, architects, and businesses requiring large quantities of product(s) such as cafe chairs, restaurant chairs or pub furniture. Volume discounts also apply to commercial furniture, hotel furniture, club furniture, and office fit-outs.
